Postage and returns
We will deliver your favorite The Lab products within the territory of Serbia as soon as possible. We will pack the products and send them to your address within 24 hours from the moment of the order.
In case of an excessive number of orders, we kindly ask for your understanding, as the delivery process of your package could be extended.
Orders received from Monday to Friday before 12 noon are shipped the same day. Orders received after 12 noon are shipped the next day, while orders received on Friday after 12 noon are shipped on Monday.
WHAT IS THE SHIPPING COST?
If you have not exercised the right to free delivery, we charge for delivery according to the standard prices of the Post Express courier service.
